Gloria Lambert Fundraiser

The Mill Rats Foundation helped Gloria Lambert raise $5000 to prevent foreclosure of her house during Christmas, while she awaited a double lung transplant. Suffering from cystic fibrosis, Gloria's story resonated with Steve Yankopolous (a co-owner of the Saint John Mill Rats who also has had to battle through life with the illness).

On Wednesday, December 12th, 2012 at UNBSJ Ganong Hall Lecture Theatre, Steve came up to Saint John from Boston to speak about his life, and the pathway he has been able to take given his obstacles.
